I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were alright; I noticed a few cleanliness issues like hair in the tub and nail clippings in the trash, which was a bit off-putting. I also didn't get the room location I preferred despite my request, but on the bright side, the entertainment program was fantastic.

The service was exceptional and included some great amenities, but it came at a premium cost. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and the waterfront, but the surrounding streets were not the most appealing.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a block or two away from the SF MoMa, perfect for our short layover in SF. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected, were comfortable. The location is easily accessible to many attractions and conveniences, including restaurants and shopping. The dining experience, although with some complications, offered a $15 credit at Trace, the hotel restaurant. Overall, a convenient spot but with room for improvement in cleanliness and room size.
